- Tenaga Nasional Berhad (“TNB”) account number and latest utility bill (collected only if you apply for an eligible government energy efficiency rebate programme, such as those administered by the Sustainable Energy Development Authority (“SEDA”)).
By submitting a utility bill, NRIC details, or any personal data belonging to a third party (such as a landlord or property owner), you expressly warrant and confirm that you have obtained their prior consent to disclose their information to us and relevant government agencies for this specific purpose.

- Payment Gateway Provider: Third-party financial intermediaries, solely to verify and process payment transactions securely.
- Delivery & Logistics Partners: Appointed third-party logistics providers, solely to allow them to contact you to schedule, manage and execute the delivery of your purchased products.
- SEDA, relevant ministries or appointed government statutory bodies: Solely to transmit your details on your behalf for government rebate application processing, strictly where you have requested and opted into an eligible rebate programme.

Payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted connections via our third-party payment gateway partner.
TNB account information, utility bills and NRIC information collected for government rebate programme applications are retained only for as long as necessary to process the rebate application and fulfil any related accounting/audit requirements, after which they are securely deleted. Other transactional records are retained in compliance with statutory tax retention periods.
