1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver within Peninsular Malaysia. If your delivery address falls outside our coverage area, please contact us before placing your order to confirm feasibility.
2. Delivery Timeframe
– Standard delivery: After purchase, our delivery Specialist team will contact customer within 2 Business days. Customer will need to select delivery date from available slots provided by our delivery specialist to receive the order on the chosen delivery dates.
3. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees, if applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout before payment. Free shipping/installation promotions (where offered) will be indicated on the relevant product listing.
4. Failed Delivery / Access Issues
If our technician is unable to access your premises or complete installation due to site conditions (e.g., inadequate wiring, structural issues, restricted access), additional charges or rescheduling may apply. We will communicate any such issues before proceeding.
6. Order Tracking
You will receive order and delivery updates via email as your order progresses.
7. Delivery & Installation Process
1. Book Your Slot — After purchase, our delivery specialist team confirms your preferred delivery date, usually within 2 working days of confirmed payment
2. Unit Delivered — Your unit arrives on your designated chosen timeframe by our delivery specialist
3. Installation scheduling — Our specialist team will contact you within 2 working days after delivery confirmation to arrange your preferred installation date, installation will move forward after customer has made installation payment to our specialist partners according to the specifications of the air conditioner.
