Welcome to Trio MHIAC (trio-mhiac.com), operated by Trio Electric & Automation (M) Sdn Bhd (Company No. 646209-K), an authorised Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) air conditioning dealer in Malaysia. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchases made through it. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Products
We sell genuine Mitsubishi Heavy Industries air conditioning units under the Kaze (CXP Series), Aki (YYM Series), and Hoshi (YYF series). Product images are for illustration; actual unit appearance may vary slightly. We make reasonable efforts to ensure specifications and pricing are accurate but reserve the right to correct errors.

3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Payment must be completed in full at checkout via our supported payment methods. An order confirmation does not guarantee stock availability; we will notify you if an item cannot be fulfilled and issue a full refund.

4. Pricing
All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as stated at checkout. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will honour the price at time of purchase.

5. Installation Services
Where installation is included or purchased separately, installation will be carried out by our technician team in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Installation scheduling is subject to technician availability and site accessibility. Additional charges may apply for non-standard installations (e.g., excessive piping length, difficult access, additional bracketry) and will be communicated before work begins.

6. Warranty
All units carry a standard warranty of 1 Year General Warranty and additionally 5 Years Compressor Warranty as provided by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. Warranty coverage is void if installation is not performed by an authorised technician, or if the unit is tampered with, misused, or improperly maintained.

7. Limitation of Liability
Trio Electric & Automation (M) Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delays in delivery, or installation scheduling, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
